Parents don’t have time to go searching far and wide for answers to basic questions and so we have answered the most frequent of them below!
We would love to see our lovely pieces worn by babies and being used by parents at every corner
of the world but we are also heartedly committed to our mission of keeping operations as local as
possible so for the time being we are only shipping within the UK. We look forward to expand to
other markets soon with an equally sustainable set-up.
We process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. You should receive an
email notification when your package is dispatched. Please check your email inbox and your junk
filter. During our sale periods it can get very busy, so orders may take a little longer to be
dispatched, so please add three working days just in case.
Whilst we hope you are happy with your order, If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase and wish to return it, we will of course offer a full refund or exchange. Items must be
returned intact and unused, in their original packaging when possible. We have a 14 day return
policy, to start a return please contact us at info@petitecomporta.co.uk
Once an order is processed and submitted, we do not have the capability to make any changes.
To make a change, you will have to request a return within 14 days so that we can replace it for
you with the correct information.
We accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal and Amex. We’re sorry but we don’t accept
Diners Club, Discover or Solo cards. We also accept install payment options made with Klarna on
our site.
